- General Administration
The tasks of the Administration are as followed:
Register sent and received documentsMake the suggestion on the appointment of a person in-charge and personnel travel.Verify the term of management committeeLiaise with guest lecturers's original affiliationCar sticker and traffic-related projectsCoordinate management committee meetingLiaise with the university regarding academic services
- Building and Infrastructure
The tasks of the Building team are:
Building maintenance and renovation – internal and externalCoordination with necessary groups of people to complete the maintenance/renovationMaintenance/Renovation/Construction monitoringProperty monitoring
