With the importance of good corporate governance in mind, CBS established the corporate governance center with the objectives to forge cooperation between organizations and institutions in providing a
better understanding of the value and implementation of good corporate governance practices, and to support the teaching and learning processes as well as solid academic research. This center also creates and maintains data sources for academic research.
